# Support

> How to get help when you're stuck or need assistance

This document defines what to do when you're stuck or need help.

## In-App Support Chat

In the bottom right corner of the Relixir dashboard, you'll find a support chat. This provides:

  <Card title="Live Chat" icon="comments">
    When someone on the Relixir team is available, you can directly chat with them and expect a response within 5 minutes

If the support chat isn't working or doesn't fulfill your needs:
